One desk, one address. Write in English, and we will answer in English.

Editorial

Corrections, missing sources, a figure you think is wrong, or a market you would like covered: %(mail)s. Corrections are the fastest thing we act on — include the page address and the sentence in question.

Operators and partners

Same address. Please note what it does and does not get you: a listing is never sold, and a commercial relationship never changes a verdict. If you write to dispute a piece, cite the document you want us to read.

What we cannot help with

We hold no accounts and no funds, so we cannot release a payout, reopen a closed account, reverse a bet or recover a balance. Those belong with the operator, and after that with the regulator of the market you played in.

How we handle your message

There is no contact form on this site: the address above is a mailbox, and a message sent to it is held only as long as it takes to answer and keep a record of any correction. See privacy.
